Could someone give me a ballpark figure on the market value of a 1999 24 Tomcat kept on slings in covered slip, in very good condition with: ca. 150 hr on original pair of Yamaha 100's, diesel stove, sink, dinette/xtra bed, portable head, queen bed, cockpit canopy, Garmin GPS/depth & fish finder, sun-powered exhaust fan, windlass.... Given that some newer 25 TC have sold at prices in the $70-80k range you have to be at well below that for a 24TC. However, I think that Kitsop's post of $20-30k is too low. I'm guessing more around $40k.
 
I priced one out for a friend--we ended up at $39,000, but that was about 8 months ago. That boat had twin 115's and was pretty well outfitted, lift kept on a fresh water Bayou.
 
We paid a bit more than 40k for our 2002 tomcat24 but it has Yamaha 115s, a full camper back, radar/chart plotter, autopilot, cockpit wash down and some other goodies. It also came with a Magic tilt trailer. I would say between 40-50k, depending on the full array of goodies and whether the boat comes with a trailer.
