Account blocked when email changed

We are helping a friend Keith R sell his boat. He has an account on C brats with all his pictures for his boat -under Hit and Miss- but he recently changed his email address and now he’s been locked out of his existing account. Can someone help with this issue so he can get back into his existing account? Thank you
 
Account email changes have to be done by an admin. If you send the new email address to me I can fix it right up.

Sorry - I should have mentioned that earlier.
