Hello C-brats.
1. On the 2012 C-dory I just purchased, the previous owner used Gorilla Glue to attach quite a few wooden items around the boat that I would like to remove. Does anyone have experience and/or recommendations with removing gorilla glue. I read somewhere that it may have to be chiseled off and I am really hoping this is not the case.......
2. The boat has eye hooks that were placed into the roof of the boat that I would like to remove. Any suggestions for a piece of hardware that would effectively fill the hole so that they don't get in the way. I was thinking of possibly inserting a round headed screw or bolt with a large washer and some 4200.
Alternatively, is there an epoxy or something similar that is white in color that I could use to fill the holes? Not sure if I want/need to gel coat when I am done to make it perfectly match the surrounding surface, but would consider it if it is not too difficult.
thanks-
Ben
