An Attack Cape Cruiser

Here is a quote from The Hull Truth:
"Hi. My friend has a 22 ft Cape Cruiser. He says it rides a lot better then a C Dory and that it is the same people that own C Dory. It is the worst riding boat I have ever been on. It rolls and pounds you to death. He has fallen and hurt his back on the boat and his wife has a torn retina now due to the boat."

Sounds to me as if this guy is accident prone and needs to stay out of boats. The thread started a couple of years ago with someone who lives in Hawaii asking about the C Dory as a boat for those waterer. This poster brought the thread back to the surface (he lives on Marco Island FL) today.
 
That's comical. If you enter C-Dory into Google and choose the Discussion search, you will find several poorly informed individuals bashing the boat. This one has been around since 1999, and is one of my favorites:

But, looking through the hits I also find that our friend Fishwisher is back in a C-Dory, so they can't be all bad!

Oh great Mike, now you've done it. It'll get trolled by the 'bots and end up at the top again!! :cry . Should have put a caveat on there (whatever that is...I thought it was some sort of a man's tie, oh wait, that's a cravat :roll: ).

You can't fix stupid. To operate anything in way that it was not designed for will bring about poor results. Not chewing your food and running with scissors also can cause you problems. What amazes me about C-Dory's is that there are some many 20 to 25 year old boats still in use has to say something for the design.
