Any L.A. C-Brats out there?

Hello C-Brats,

Although I am new to the site, I've seen a couple posts mentioning that some Brats are willing to check out boats for those purchasing long distance. I'm interested in an older 22 located in L.A., CA. I am wondering if there might be a brat out there who would be interested in checking her out for me???

Hi Simon,

I'm located in Thousand Oaks. Are you looking at the 22' in La Puenta? If so that's on the other side of L.A. from me, which would be around 150 miles round trip. I noticed they only had one picture of the boat, try to get at least a dozen pictures if you can. Also see if there are maintenance records. There may be someone closer than me. Sorry it's not closer.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it is the one in La Puente. I totally understand - that would be a long trip.

I've been in touch with the owner - he's used it only about 4 times per year for the last many years, but deosnt sound like he has service records. I would be interested in repowering if I went this route anyways. He says the trailer needs some servicing so not sure what that means for the whole package...

Ok - I'll keep looking for someone maybe closer.
