Anyone been fishing springers in the Columbia?

I'm gonna go out tomorrow and try my hand near the mouth of the willamette. Maybe the blind squirl will find a nut. :lol:

From what the ODFW reports are showing, they're doing better at the estuary than upriver -- just like every year...those who catch still catch and those who don't (like us) don't :smile

Apparently trolling herring is the go to method.
