Looks like it should. The roller cradles look to be attached by u-bolts, and it appears that there are the "normal" number of rollers. However, you'd need to see what the axle rating is and find out the tire size and rating. That way you'd know for sure. I've seen some lightweight trailers, but not usually with tandem axles. Also find out the cross section of the frame members. Usually 2x4 or 2x5 inch members will be stiff enough so that the trailer doesn't flex causing bad loading on the boat. Also, if the structure that holds the winch in place is adjustable with u-bolts or some other "slip" adjustment it'd probably work. Ask if they know the weight rating... It looks alot like my ezloader trailer, but mine has bunks.
