Dustin,
What kind of cover are you looking at ?
I have a 22 with no covers at all and live about 60 miles from Angola.

Thank You

I'm not positive on this, but maybe something to check before ordering (depending on your storage conditions). That is that I think the Aqualon is best for shedding snow and perhaps rain, but is not so breathable. Sunbrella will shed a fair bit of rain but also breathe (although it is somewhat prone to chafe), and I think Angola's lower cost "poly" fabric will also shed water to some extent as well as breathe. If you store outside in winter and have snow, then perhaps the more waterproof Aqualon would be more suitable (and one can have vents put in).

I plan to store it outside but dry by my house for the 6 warmer but rainy months of the year, and under cover in either a barn, arena, or shop during the colder 6 months. My concern during the 6 months that I have it at my house is the rain/mildew/etc, but my only concern during the colder months is farm cats, birds, etc. (this would be at my folks farm a few miles down the road)

There are several other more recent threads on Angola Canvas. I have a 22 cover out of Sunbrella (see some of my more recent comments--in that Sunbrella is apparently now made in the Orient, rather than in the USA where it was made in the past). We have had the Sunbrella from Angola Canvas, for about a year and a half. This is a short time, but we find it is holding up well. You might consider having Tenara thread which is more UV resistant. My recollection is that the price was less than you were quoted. If you want a coated fabric (Aqualon is coated), then investigate the alternatives.

I'm glad you mentioned the concern with "cats, burds, etc". The Angola cover I had was open at the back over the splashwell. I did leave the slantback, or mooring, cover snapped in place under it however. If you want the rear covered up tight you will have to mention it to Angola. I'm sure they can accommodate that.
