Boat Name height

Does anyone know the height of the C in C-Dory on the side of the 22's?
We are picking up our boat next Friday from Les and I would like to order Name and numbers, but I don't have the measurement of that panel. I'm thinking we will want to get in the water next weekend

Hi even keel,

I am pretty sure I used 5 inch letters on the Anna Leigh 22.. There are probably some pics in my album that may give you a perspective on the size. There is a sub-album of your boat in my album. Then it became Spirit and now it is Even Keel.
 
Just went out and measured and the BIG C is at 5 3/4". Not to sound like a card carrying member of NOW, but size isn't the only thing to consider. The Font (and the Bold & Italics, etc) have a lot to do with the visibility of Boat Lettering.
Also, make sure you specify if you want all capital letters, etc. Most computers have over 200 different letter styles, and most print places can match that.
Take pictures of the 1st launching if you can!

Thanks, I really appreciate the help. David we have studied the pictures of Anna Leigh since we learned the heritage of the boat. It's funny, We had printed a picture of her at the dock when we first started looking a C-Dory's. I will order lettering today.
