C-Dory parts from Triton

I've tried three times since June 2012 to get info from Triton Marine about a swim step for my 22 Cruiser. No response to two phone calls and an email. Is anyone else having trouble getting info on parts?

Our host in Bozeman , Mt. Had the factory built a swim step in the last few months. Keep trying, they will do it for you.

They can be difficult to reach. But I did get a swim step built a few months ago, and it was built promptly. Communication is unpredictable, maybe because they mostly deal with dealers these days.

The factory is no longer doing service work, or selling boats direct. You may get the fastest response by going through the dealer network, as that is the direction the factory seems to be going.

I called Triton today and Scott answered on the second ring. Asked my question and got an answer. Maybe I was just lucky, but I have always been able to get through. I would call again and I bet you will get your step.
