i'm proud to announce that i received a pair of EZloader LED's, from Auburn. 13 days from my initial call to Frank Walters 'til they're in my hands. i'll repeat myself, things at C_DORY are looking up. IMO
 
That's a great post to read!

I received a response from the Sales Manager the same day I submitted my dealership complaint earlier this week. Some weeks prior to that I also had a good call return turn around on a few other matters.

I appreciate their effort.

they don't monitor their emails, very well. call C-DORY and ask to speak to FRANK WALTERS. you'll probably have to leave a message. discribe you problem well.
 
Speaking of rust, when my boat was in for motor service recently, I asked them to replace the head pumpout and water intake caps, which are badly rusted. I was told the warranty only covers stainless steel for a year.

Gonna try to find good quality fittings to replace those with.
