C-Spirit has a new owner. She will remain in Alaska. After many months of searching and even considering buying on the east coast I finally found C-Spirit in Anchorage only 360 miles away. In spite of some snow squalls and snow on the road we hauled her to Fairbanks on April 1. She picked up a good bit of road grime, ice cakes and Mt. Redoubt ash. With a good cleaning and some "get ready for fishing items" she will be ready for Prince William Sound in May. Watch out halibut, here we come!!
A great big THANK YOU to all of you who have given so freely of your time and wisdom on this site to those of us who are still learning. I hope to cross wakes with some of you in PWS this summer and in summers to come.
Now to sell the sailboat.... a 23' Balboa. It's on Craigslist.

Richard in Fairbanks

That has to be the most sold boat in c-doryom. She was the first daydream at one point, then that nice couple from back east ( montana or close) took a summer trip to alaska and back then sold her to I dont know who and now you. I hope you enjoy it as much as we like ours.

Incorrect. The original owner in Anchorage named the boat Bob-Kat. It was changed to C-Spirit by the second owner Chuck in Anchorage. I was the third owner in Anchorage and now Richard owns the boat in Fairbanks. I hope you are enjoyning her Dick!

Tom you are thinking of my 22 the first Anna Leigh. Now I can't remember who bought her from me, but he was an attorney from MT and he and his wife took her to AK under the name Spirit.
