Can’t access C-brats site from Windows desktop

For the last few weeks I’ve been wondering why the C-brats website was down. Now I’ve discovered I can access the site from my iPhone and the problem lies with my desktop. Any idea what I can do to fix this? I get a msg that says “This site can’t be reached. Www.c-brats.com refused to connect. Try checking the connection. Try checking the proxy and firewall.”
I have no problem accessing all other websites on my desktop, only c-brats.

Try clearing cookies and cache.
 
I'm on my laptop now. C-Brats is working fine, so I'd vote for clear your cookies and cache. And make sure you have the correct URL.
