Celeb C-Dory owners

Dan,
Unrelated to Tom Brady (which i agree , a great marketing op for C dory) i was looking at your photos...i am looking at dinghys and your size seems about right for me..but i have the small antenna /light post up on the lip of the cabin...how did you handle that?

Terraplane

Now that's cool. If they could sell boats to the whole bunch C-Dory would be right back on top. Actually, Mr. Brady has been a member on here for a long time.

Years ago in the little zinc mining town I grew up in there was a small Oldsmobile dealer callled Lorenzo Motors. Somehow they started selling cars to the NY Yankees. Whenever one of those guys (including Babe Ruth) was in town to pick up their new Rocket 98 with hydramatic drive , we kids would find a reason to ride our bikes down there. When I was 17 my dad bought our family's first car, a 1950 Delta 88 from Joe Lorenzo. Mr. Lorenzo taught me to drive and took me for my license.

Celebrities sports or otherwise mean little to me, but a person with his financial resources choosing a 22' c-dory when he could have any boat he wanted speaks volumes about him and the boat. And yes if they don't drop the ball again there will likely be an attempt to exploit.

Can't comment right now. Maybe more at half time.

Judging by the time this was posted---- you should have been on the field instead of posting.
The post was listed at 12:30- the game started at 12:00

Tom must be a good one--- able to multi-task--- play football and post on the net too.

Come on, they were playing the Chargers for crying out loud. It's not like he had to work too hard in that game! He not only posted here, he probably planned out a halibut trip for the off season too.

ok you guys know by now that I dont know spit about sports. I know tpbrady from the site but other then that have no clue about what team or position he plays? coachs? or owns. So a little help here for the anti-sport fan. If it does not have a engine or a fire arm its not a sport anyhow.

Thanks, Tom. I, too was going to ask...but it's bad enough living in Alabama now and not knowing anything about sports. These folks take their college football to the fanatic level! Makes us feel good that we're not the only "non sports fans" around here. I was wondering the same thing.

I thought Bidarka was just another cool boat. 8)

Tom Brady - the football player - is the quarterback for the New England Patriots. The Patriots have an undefeated season this year (and will likely finish with one by winning the superbowl). Such a feat has not been achieved since the NFL went to a longer season. The Miami Dolphins were undefeated in 1972 when there was a 14 game regular season + 3 total playoff games. Now the regular season is 16 games long and if the Patriots win the superbowl, they will have won 19 games this season.

Here's a picture of Tom Brady the football quarterback

Now - go to Tom Brady's photo album, browse a bit and see if you can spot him. It might be tough because Tom Brady is a bit shy and mostly photographs fish, scenery and other people.

THEN - go look at who made this first post in this thread

and consider the known leg pulling factor of said poster.
