The original Clipper Craft Boats were built in Portland, Oregon. They were wood boats with a lapstrake dory hull and a wood superstructure. Some open models (no pilot house) are still active in the dory fishing fleet at Pacific City, Oregon. Clipper Craft closed up shop sometime in the mid 90's. In 1999, a Vancouver Washington boat builder re-introduced a fiberglass version on a 30' hull. I remember seeing one on display at the Seattle Boat Show. I think they only built a few of these 30' fiberglass Clipper Crafts, then stopped production. There might be an article in the archieves of Wooden Boat Magazine that can fill you in on the history of these boats. Good luck on your search.
