I would also, but I am too far from the coast....I have this rule about eating seafood more than 100 miles inland......Herb trapped in a La Quinta in Amarillo Texas. Been driving for three days and still in Texas.

Interesting information!
Carpy was in Apalachicola the first week in March. We devoured delicious raw Apalachicola oysters. We were happy and healthy then and we still are.

They're the best!
