My wifes favorite salmon dinner. her favorite because i cook it. Just take a salmon filet and lay it skin side down in some foil. Then pour your favorite salsa overr it. I like the really chunky types. wrap the foil close on the top and then bake, bbq, or heat in a pan on the wallace for 20 mins. the salmon will be juice and spicy. serve with rice or pasta or over a salad. also good cold the next day over salad. easy fast and good.
