Is it the frame or glass? If it is the frame, just start sanding--and get down to bare aluminum frame clean with soap and water then dewax solvents--then treat with Alodine, Bonderite, a two part strontium or Zinc Chromate primer, and coats of exterior enamel. "Hatteras" White should match the boat color of white.
If the glass has bad spotting, then use "Amaz" Amaz glass cleaner. It is a glass stain remover, mild polishing compound which can do wonders. [/url] This is usually in stock at Ace Hardware.
