Dogon, where are ya?

I've been wondering the same thing. The last post I can find from him is August 29, 2006. Since then there's been plenty of talk about Suckyuki's, props, engineering, politics etc... all the things that would normally draw a response. Mabye we should start a topic like "Is it possible to engineer a prop for a Suzuki that will end global warming?" - if he doesn't respond to that, he's either dead, without internet connections or a changed man....

He is just being a big baby and refusing to participate because he cannot win the prop debate with me. Engineers are trained to distrust millwrights, and it really bugs them when one gets the better of them in the technical arena.

Well, that and he is working pretty much 24/7 on some big pipe job. I have heard that if he keeps the pace up he might get furloughed long enough to attend the SBS.

I didn't hear any of this from the DoD guy himself, but the guy who told me is not a millwright or an engineeer and can likely be trusted. That guy will be at the SBS, too, so if DoD doesn't make it we can send care packages and the like back with him for delivery.

I certainly hope that Dan is still on top of the food chain, and didn't take my suggestion last summer of buying a early 80's Volvo and becoming a "greener" (sorry Pat). If he did buy the old Volvo he is probably working on it or just waiting for parts.

Not to worry!

Dan's just Living a Pipe Dream up on Top of the World!

Mark (3rd Byte) has confirmed that Disappearing DoD Dan is up to his butt in crude concerns these days, but we'll be hoping too see the Prop Professor (and Paige too) at the SBS/CBGT!

Joe.

well it's good to hear that he wasn't converted to bear fecal matter. I too wondered where our green friend has been, especially with a thread named "props" going :)
