Yall go get a card and send it to Kathy and Les at EQ. They could stand some cheer now.

I was not going to post anything on this subject after receiving a note from Kathy, but, after reading Tom's post and realizing the loss we feel after loosing a pet, particuarly one that goes to work with us each day, I just had to. These people have been too good to us.

I have waited a few days to say anything about this.... But for those who have visited the shop there in Oak Harbor, you have been greeted by the dogs, the wonderful dogs.

On 23Oct, Zoey, the little poodle of only six years that belonged to Kathy passed. It is time for us all to give a bit back and send a card to brighten up the shop a bit.

We all know the wonderful education, feedback, and service we have received from "thehondaguy" /Les back in the C-Dog days and it continues today with the C-Brats., along with his counter part Kathy at their shop.

Kathy, attempting to keep the paper work in order as Les drops and adds this and that to our boats as they are rigged our boats over the past several years and has told the factories the good and bad of the boats he receives and sells us. Our boats are better boats because of these two folks and their contribution to the boating industry.

I can not think of a single couple of folks/dealership who has done more to make our good times possible than these two....and their shop dogs.

Byrdman...

Well said Patrick.
We echo every word.
It is something that has happened 3 times to us so far (with 2 more to go) but it never gets any easier.
All our sympathy to you Kathy and if you would like to borrow a big dumb shepherd for a few days I will bring him up on Wednesday. At least he can give you the canine equivalent of a Byrdman Hug. !!

Les & Kathy,
The Papillon Crew feels your pain. We will hold our puppies closer to us to night and be thinking of you guys.

Kathy and les, sorry to her of your loss. I do know how you feel and it will take a while to get over it. alsways enjoyed the dogs when we were there. Its hard to get over the fact that they ae not there, kept expecting our to be a tthe door at the end of the day.

Hi Kathy and Les. Vicki and I are sad about your loss. What a year of changes! I regard you as being among the most honest and decent folks I've ever done business with. Mike.

Byrdman, thanks for passing the word on. I've been up to EQ and though I didn't remember the dogs names I do remember them. And since we don't have any now, we really enjoy our friends pets, and we enjoyed meeting Zoey. To young to loose, to soon to pass, but what a joy to know. Kathy and Les, you have our sympathies. The memories will last, and the best ones last the longest. Enjoy them.
