gasket for the two access hatches aft of cabin on 25 ft er

Existing gasket is 1/4 x 1/4 inch square rubber and is deteriorated. Tried Home Depot weatherstrip - not tight enough seal. What is a source for a direct replacement gasket?

Deck hatches? If yes, I'd try http://www.mcmaster.com/ or JC Whitney. They are very similiar to auto weatherstripping w/ a pinch welt.
