Hello, Baxter!

Oscar was our "forever" dog (thanks, Nick and Marcia on Valkyrie for that thought...). He brought us so much joy, we decided we did not want to be without the joy, so...

MEET BAXTER!

This little guy is making a place for himself in our hearts already...

What a nice addition to your family! I can tell by the cute factor that it won't be long until the pup is in control of the boat and barking out orders!
I don't think any dog could have ended up with a nicer family!

Baxter, You have stolen my heart! :love You have moved into a fine home, full of love and mightly fine folks. Lucky dog! Robbi

Well, could anything possibly be cuter than that??!!
So glad that you have gotten another dog. We decided to get Bella pretty soon after we lost Winston and while it didn't make us miss him any less, it sure helped with the emptiness. I hope that Baxter will be joining us in Bellingham. Bella plays very nicely with smaller dogs so I'm sure they'll hit it off. Congratulations!

Dear Pat, Patty and Austin,

We were apparently away from the site when this happened and we did not know until now about Oscar. We are so sorry for your loss, but we know, first hand, how amazingly hearts can make room for a new baby. We lost our Shar Pei on my Mom and Dad's 50th anniversary in October, but decided to get a new puppy very soon after. While I miss Tzu Tsi every day, Belle and Troy are our loves. I have a book in my office called Dog Heaven where I have written the names of all the special dogs that I have known who have gone there. I will write Oscar in when I go to work on Monday.

We're looking forward to meeting Baxter at the next gathering.

Sincerely,

Dee and Don
