High top ceiling measurement

I'm hoping someone with a high-top 22' C-Dory Cruiser can measure their ceiling for me. I want to know the dimensions of the highest part of the ceiling, the part that is essentially flat before it starts to slope downward at the ends and sides. My normal-top 22' ceiling measures 34" x 68" before it starts to slope downward. What is the comparable measurement for a high-top please? I'm guessing it is 34" x something substantially shorter than 68" in length? Thank you so much!

Hi Paul, my 2006 high top is 77 1/2”. That’s measured from the center of the floor mid ship to the center middle of the ceiling.
Hope that this helps you.

Oops! Sorry for the confusion Dave and thank you for being willing to help me out, but I'm referring to the forward to aft length of the top portion of the ceiling, not the distance from the ceiling to the floor. I'm looking for a place to store some thin flexible solar panels when they are not deployed on top of the boat. I'm in the process of restoring a C-Dory and am considering making a few modifications. One of the is a conversion to a high top. My concern is that while I would gain 4" in ceiling height, I will also lose ceiling length because of the slope at the front of the ceiling. So I am wondering how much I would lose...

Ok I’ll try again.
The flat part of the ceiling is 54 1/2” stern to bow measurement. Port to starboard 31 1/2”.
Is that the measurement your looking for ?
