Historical Weather Look Up?

Is there a site that allows me to see what the weather WAS or at least what it was forecasted as previously?

for instance, that link shows today, but I'd love to open up the NOAA information for waves/tides/weather from say July 19th if i could find it.

Not sure if for every NOAA station, but for some yes.

Locate the station that you want, for example Station 44062 - Gooses Reef, MD:
