How to remove Cd Venture 26 or 25 fuel tank?

I need to access the trim tab to replace it on the starboard side.
I have unbolted the two ears on the tank; one in the front, one on the side by the bilge pump.
I pulled the two platic strips on the floor infront of the tanks.
I have not pulled hoses yet, but I cannot lift or move the tank.
Is it glued down? Is there hiddent ears that hold it down?
I need to empty the tank still, so it's heavy, but I figured I could at least slide it around a tad, but it won't budge.
Maybe I expect 200lbs of fuel to slide around to easy and I need to empty it out. However, is the tank glued down?
 
On my 22 cruiser, the filler hoses are very effective at keeping the tank in place. They are stiff and there is zero slack.
