I Did a Double Take When I Saw This

Double take ----- I'd be more prone to HEART ATTACK ! Course it's been in the 90's down here and It would be kind of a welcome sight, for just about an hour or so.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would warn folks that you intend to post evil images on this family-oriented forum.

Respectfully,
Jim B. (basking in the 90s today)

90's is not basking.... it's basting  Finally a perfect 82 here 8)

Ah, Tom ol' buddy... I was working on Wild Blue today... even wore a long sleeve shirt. More to keep the sun off than for the additional warmth. 8) 90º with a pleasant sea breeze isn't all that bad. And Wild Blue is back in the water, and that is REALLY good. :D

So, I'm guessing that snow stuff that Pat posted doesn't last too long in 82º weather? Yes, I know - Pat is a rabble-rouser.

Best wishes,
Jim

JEEZ. :crook I was just telling my wife how nice the weather has been of late....FINALLY! I don't miss that white crap at all.

Jim I long for those days of 90F weather with a nice trade wind blowing. A hat, long sleeves, good dark glasses... 8)

I was looking at the Pocket Yacht album to see the boarding ladder, saw that he had a nearly identical snow picture to mine. Both pix from December 2008.

Pat, I hope you got to it in time to save your canvas. :smileo Pocket Yacht came through OK because of the "Sloped" canvas. That wet snow didn't do the big boat any good though. Oh well after over 15 years it was time to replace canvas anyway. When I had the canvas replaced I also had a large window put in the back of Pocket Yacht's cover. Now I can safely run with the canvas closed up. :thup

NOW I know why I became a D---- Yankee.

Defined as:
Someone [a Yankee] who came south and stayed...

I knowz a good thing when I seez it; even IF I did save my snow shovels
and I boat year round. :smiled

Art in Virginia Beach.

Haw haw, that's just a little dusting, folks.

I don't understand all the fuss.

Round here, if you can still see the tires, it's a very minor event!
