I have an older si-tex t-180 radar system for sale including a 5" radar dome seaview power tower. The power tower was purchased new, last year. I can texted pictures including a video of the display working, taken yesterday before I removed this sytem from a boat I purchased three weeks ago. I paid $275. For the power tower last year.. Any idea what this combined package is worth?

Used marine electronics are difficult to price. As a rule of thumb, I believe that marine electronics depreciate at approximately twice the speed of the rest of the boat.

If I were you, I would try to price out a new unit that has a similar brand and features, and then base your price as a percentage of that. Do not try to base your price on a markdown of what was paid originally, as this is usually irrelevant with electronics.

If anyone has an interest I would sell the entire unit including the dome tower for $500.
