This isn't about call centers but is about customer service. Years ago I lived in Cincinnati, Ohio. A guy there had bought a new car at one of the large local dealerships. Apparently he had lots of issues with the car and wasn't getting much in the way of customer service from the dealer. So after a couple of months he drove over to the dealership on a Sunday when they were closed and didn't park the car until he was through the overhead door in the service department, and I mean through the closed door. He got out of the car, walked over the pieces of garage door and went home where the cops arrested him later. He paid the price for his actions but I can say that he was a hero to a lot of folks in Cincinnati for a number of years.
