Introduction and Plea for Assistance

Seaworthiness will be so close that you will not be able to tell the difference. I have run with my 22 along side of a Marinate, and could not see a difference in the ride--moderate chop, and wind. A lot depends on how skilled the skipper is in handling the boat when this close.
