Congratulations on your new purchase I know that you will be very pleased with your boat. Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or comments at scott@tritonmarine.us or 360-393-3283. Again welcome to the family and for a boat name how about the "Ravin"?

Sincerely,

Scott

Just a minor amendment on the name recommendation. How about "C-RAVIN" A takeoff on craving....

Thanks for chiming in Scott.

Joe,

Thanks for allowing me to come by and take a look at the Sea Wolf. I was amazed to see all of the different items that you have incorporated in it. Kind of makes me want to drop our C-Dory along with our check book to let you get her all dressed up. I guess I would have to consider her a newborn right now.

Wow, from an announcement of a C-Dory purchase on 9/6 at 8:53 PM to a posting stating that Kevin and Randi have already visited and been taken "under the wing" of one of our more knowledgeable C-Brats on 9/7 at 8:57 PM. (An incredible 24 hour 3 minute time lapse)....Talk about a community! Go C-Brats!

Welcome! The CD22's are great fishing boats...safe, stable, comfy and dry. The original owner of our boat had her 60 miles off San Diego chasing tuna.

You're going to have lots of fun.

Welcome aboard! There is some great fishing in Shasta Lake! And we spent our C-Dory summers in Crescent City fishing the ocean for salmon and bottom fish! Enjoy your new toy! Its nice to have another local boat.

Welcome and may I make a name suggestion, one that compliments your passion for boating:

Kevin and Randi,

Congratulations and welcome!

We also took over a year and a half to name ours, finally settling on one that I thought of on the very first day.

Incidentally, we've had our boat down the California coast, including Point Conception, as well as many windy and choppy days, and a few, mild, Small Craft Advisories in San Francisco Bay, not that I'm advocating going out in such conditions. The low center of gravity, low profile to the wind, and low to medium deadrise of the center/aft hull all work together to give good lateral stability, as well as very predictable handling.

I'm close to San Francisco, and my boats usually in the water, so PM or email me if you know you will be down this way.

David
