Lest We Forget ... DaNag and Tyboo

Such a great site. I find myself skipping work things and just reading through this site.

Thanks Bill and Mike!!!

Bill - n - Mike: Thanks for what you do. I truly appreciate it.

Bill: Great time we had together in the Oak Harbor/Standwood area during our time together of late. Country roads are great aint they!!

Mike: Wish ya could a been there Brother. We could have used some adult supervision. As it was...Beth and Roger had to do the best they could with what they had to work with....

Another fine example of this site placing friends together from miles/states apart.

Thanks Guys...and to all who contribute to the Brat site and gatherings.

And thanks to you too Casey for the gentle reminder of who keeps this site from wandering to something other than the special brotherhood of brats and virtual family it is.

On a daily basis and especially when returning from either a short or long trip. The first thing we do upon returning home is to check this site. Even if we're to tired to comment or respond we still have to check in on our extended family.

Since returning form this years trip its been back to a 6 day work week with moving kids from LA to Boulder and helping another son and wife move into new home here in Cokeville with a three day trip to Yellowstone and trying to finish the trip travelogue thrown in. What a relaxing respite it is to just sit back and catch up on the doings of our fellow brats.

A HUGE thank you from a NEW C-Brat!

How valuable this site has been in providing knowledge about C-Dory issues and providing a feeling of belonging goes beyond words

AND I for one shall not forget all those C-Brats who make so many contributions to the knowledge base. I love reading this site every day. I'm learning so much !

Thanks to ALL !!!

Crazy Frazey says:

"YOU GUYS FREAKIN' ROCK!!!!!"

Amen, Casey and others. I’m especially thankful for this heartwarming and useful site. Penny and I feel honored to have been added as the Wanderers on the home page. Even though I’ve not been on the computer much lately; not a day goes by that I don’t think of C-Brats and their adventures.

This past winter when we were in Marathon, Brent and Dixie (Discovery) and Jim and Joan (Wild Blue) passed through during their tour of the Keys. We picked them up at the marina and brought them to our condo for dinner.

When our oldest daughter heard that we were having people we met on the internet over for dinner; she gave us the (lecture). “Don’t you know…” The interesting thing is that I can think of three C-Brats parents who have reported the same admonishments from their children.

If it were not for this site, we would probably not own a C-Dory. We would have missed great people, great times and unforgettable adventures.

Thanks Da Nag and TyBoo.

More thanks from a future C-D owner! This site has been invaluable beyond words.

I have learned a great deal from one of the masters (Dr. Bob) about what can be done by an expert, and from others of the frustrations with problems encountered by newbies, certainly more relevant to my anticipated experiences. In total, I am confident that any potential problems are fixable, especially with the continued advice available here.

I have followed the travels of Wanderer and Halcyon, Hunky Dory, and the others who did the Inside Passage and Lake Powell, attended several gatherings (where the first person I met at dinner was TyBoo), attended the Factory Party (briefly met El and Bill, Byrdman, Pat Anderson; real people!).

And yes, re George's (daughter's) admonition about 'being careful about meeting people over the internet' . . . When you're meeting with C-Brats, ya better watch your back! . . . .

The first one I met in person was John Frazey (see above) - they don't call him Crazy for nothing! Just kidding - he (or Amy) make great BBQ cheese dogs.

Bill & Mike,

We, too, thoroughly and whole heartedly appreciate your work in administering this site. While we're newcomers and haven't personally met you two, we feel a kinship through this wonderful community. :)

THANKS AGAIN! :thup

And, let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

Al&Gin

ps: thanks, Casey, for initiating this thread.

We certainly can't add much to what has already been said for the unselfish work Bill & Mike do. We certainly don't run across people like them any more. I tip my hat to them.
