Hey everyone!
Went out to drop crab pots yesterday, though it was a bit lumpy on the sound. On the way home, I was having to run slow (into the sea) and it was a good thing--I found myself in the middle of a pod of minke whales! There seemed to be both adults and juveniles, right off the mouth of Eagle Harbor (Bainbridge), maybe 500 yards north.
I'm headed out again here in a couple of hours, so maybe I'll get to see them again.
As an aside, the newly cleaned-and-adjusted-Honda 90 ran like a dream, with immediate power when I needed it. Very nice.
