Hello Max,
I have a sweet little 16 C-Dory Cruiser but it's time for a little more room. I'm looking for a 22 for general purpose and cruising. I'm out on the tip of Cape Cod. After reading about you on and Missy V on Halcyon Days, it sounds like it's a boat well-cared for - in the widest sense of that phrase. I have a few questions.
1) has the hull or interior ever needed repair? I'm not scared of that (I know how to use tools and common sense and can read directions) - had
a momma racoon tear out some flotation from under the seats once, and C-Dory tech walked me through the repairs.
2) is the camper cover removable? same color as trim?
3) has the boat ever spent time in salt water? Other than river cruising.
4) an autopilot! a chart (we call them chaaah-ts out here) plotter! Where have you been in Missy V? Ever made it to Hawaii?
5) popular electronics? What do you have? Generator, fan, A/C, etc.?
6) how old is the engine? What condition?
7) how old is the trailer? What condition?
I hope you don't think I'm idly curious. This sounds like it could be the right boat - if not sold already.

From the pictures on Halacyon's site it is a single engine.
I spoke with Max last week about his boat. It was still for sale. In response to the questions above, I can add this based on our conversation: full boat cover is matching green; boat has never been in salt water; engine probably has less than 500 hours but there is no hour meter; he will include a Honda 1000 generator; electronics are about 3 yrs old; he built in a microwave oven under the sink.
Will make someone a nice boat. The 50 Honda is too small for me. By the way, if anyone hears of a 2000 or newer 22 with a 75 HP or higher motor with a Wallas, close to the Midwest area, please let me know. I have $30K in cash waiting... Thanks, John D in Charlevoix MI.
