Hey Mike - here's an article I wrote up a while back about including images in posts...should answer your question, if you are using IE. It's even easier in Firefox, but I've not written anything up for that browser yet.

In short - you used the page address from the photo album, instead of the image address. Common problem...once you've done it a couple times, it gets easier.
