New C-Dory 22 Cruiser

Hi Jim and Sandy,

Welcome, watch this site for the C-Bay gathering in June 07. It is held on Langford Bay Marina on the Eastern Shore at Rock Hall. This affair is a winner. Complete with steamed crabs, good music, and perhaps Red and White hot dogs from NY state.

You can meet a lot of C-Dory people- you will feel welcomed for sure. Merry Christmas!

We will put this down on our Calendar and will be watching for any Up-Dates on this one. That would be a good trip for us, the Eastern Shore is a beautiful place from the Bay bridge of Va. and up.

i am the older brother to byrdman and brenda and myself live on old hickory lake (cumberland river). you Have to pass near nashville if you head west so drop us an e-mail when ya'll head west and bring the boat! we will treat you to some cumberland river cruisin' and if ya' like, a night on the town in nashville :D :beer

PS Does some of the C-Dory owners pull theres behind Motorhomes? We could do that or pull with a truck and stay in the C-Dory.

We pulled our boat from Lake Tahoe to Alabama and stayed in KOA's along the way. Hey, it's a "boaterhome'! Make sure you have bug screens in the windows, though!

Thanks for the Invite, If we are going that way or will be in the area we will let you know. I go to Watts bar fishing some for Striped Bass.

Jim & Sandy - Welcome to the site. Will you be using your C-dory mostly for fishing or just crusing? Either way, you will have fun while creating lifetime memories. I am also located on the East coast, about 30 miles from Jacksonville, Fla. Look me up for a flounder gigging trip sometimes if you are in my area. Enjoy your new boat.

Thanks for the welcome, we will use our C-Dory for what ever kind of trip that comes up. We have tried to put things on it for both. I like to fish and like to just cruse.

Where in Texas will ya'll be in January? In the Hill Country, west of Austin, January might be freezing cold or shorts wearing warm. Might be one of those one day and the other the next, but there's lots of lakes to fish/cruise.

Hi Dave,
We will be in Edinburg Tx. vistiog some friends, we will not have our C-Dory with us we are going to go to the coast and look around for a place to come back with the boat and try to find some rivers to cruise on. we will be there about 4 weeks.
