That has been well cussed and discussed here in Oregon. I would have cut them some slack if the skim had been a small percentage and the rest had actually been devoted to habitat restoration, etc. But, that did not happen. A case of office jockeys in the driver's seat instead of the nuts and bolts people who can get wet, dirty, and do the groundwork. With the scrutiny this has received, and a new governor, I am looking for this not to happen again. Makes my blood boil ... and my brother's blood boil. He is a longtime ODFW worker with tons of time in the field. This kind of stuff really pisses off the rank and file in an agency like ODFW.
