I don't know about y'all... but this NMEA 2000 stuff seems like it can be a little addictive...

Got a compass hooked up... got my outboard hooked up... fuel tank levels... battery monitors on order... checking out stereos and VHFs... I don't know where it stops!!?? Is there a NMEA 2000 Porta Potti yet? :D :D :D

Nice to see plug and play stuff actually seems to work as advertised and so easy (so far).

I'm having fun.
 
It is easy as long as you stay with the same manufacture. Once you start mixing brands there is minor difference in the "sentencing". Maretron has some good products which will help if problems do arise.
