Well, I was a-thinkin' he go the PhotoShop route, myself, but you never know, those C-Brats with the 16's have somethin' to prove, ya' know! Country Joe.

Joe, Lloyd & Larry – oldgrowth may take some chances at times, but he is not crazy. Besides that water is too muddy for C-Voyager. It would get her too dirty. But it does look exciting.

Ahhh Heck! Just the luck! Oldgrowth Dave finds a challenging Class VI that he wants to run in his 16, but the water is just a tad too muddy.... such is life.

Maybe when the water clears in the spring Dave will sell tickets to the whitewater parade. Great way to pay for a 6 foot upgrade.

Chris,

You are living my dream! Fortunately I've managed to live a good portion of my own. Unlike you I was unable to turn my dreams into my work, so am only able to go adventuring when not working.

Great website even if most of its in German. Nothing wrong with that, just wished I could read the story line of your many adventures. Looking forward to you finishing your earlier trips. 7 times on the Yukon!!! WOW!! Been on the Teslin and several of the rivers flowing into the upper Yukon on a RIB. And had the c-dory from Carmacks to Whitehorse and back. In this area have similar photos to you.

What an adventure you are planning for 2007. If you can actually accomplish what your planning and your past record gives you high odds you will. You will rate a double WOW WOW!!! Have been on a RIB in the Tsiigehtchic (Arctic Red River) area of the Mackenzie. Would love to be able to shadow you on most of your trip this year, but will have to wait until I retire in 3 years for a Mackenzie run. Would also like to do the Yukon River, down and back. Will be contacting you before we do.

hope you find the right boat and wish you the best on planning and doing this trip. Sure would like to view the completed film. Wished there were more of these types of films to watch. I have little interest in most of what tv and the movies have to offer.

Jay
