Enjoy you're new Cruiser, consider making the Chesapeake Gathering in June, we had a great time last year and plan on being there again this year.

Last year we visited our old home town in Pt Pleasant NJ but had a heck of a time findinge launching ramps in Jersey.... when we lived there we had our own dock. State welcome center had no info. We finally found one at a small marina and just barely found it wide enough for our trailer, but NO PARKING. When we returned the following Monday to haul out, the marina WAS CLOSED Mondays! Guess I've gotten to use to Florida where the ramps are plentyful and most with plenty of parking.
 
And very very politically-correct you are (after my post) if most post died-off; all-of-a-sudden, I bet there would be more to say, and a les-politically-correct attitude! ---- arrg! :wink:

I was always nervous to post much because I am builder of custom trailer cruiser..(launch this summer) and was concerned how CDory ownwers felt about non-Cdory people lurking on their site.

I must admit..I have learned much from members posts because the design of my boat is similar to CDorys...

Anyway..I thank you..for info and inspirational stories and trips etc.

Hey Hoot, Dale on the Knot Yacht built his own. They've been to a few gatherings and, to my knowledge, has never had anything thrown at them or their drain plug pulled :) check his boat out, it's a beaut.
