permatrim on C- Weed

I noticed that C- Weed has permatrim +trim tabs.We have a Venture23 with 135 Honda + trim tabs.Do you think permatrim would help performance?
 
I don't think that the Permatrim will increase your top speed or fuel economy--it might get the boat out of the "hole" (up on a plane) slightly faster, and it would put the bow down for a better ride in chop. So, I would say it is a worthwhile addition for that alone. In the NW Florida waters there are plenty of times when the CD type of hull pounds--and that is why we have the Tom Cat here.
 
Humm... Which C Weed? One does not use a dash and is in Alaska. The other uses a dash, and is in Alabama. PM and/or email C-Weed in Alabama if he does not respond in a few days. I know they have been a bit busy and may not be checking out the site here of late. Looks as if C-Weed has not made a post this year....? Hope all is well in New Brockton, AL.
