Pricing question.

Hello all, I'm reluctantly thinking of selling my 1991 C-dory and I'm not sure what I should ask for her. She is a 16ft. Angler in very good condition with a 2003 50hp Honda outboard. Nice trailer with new tires. Any ballpark figures? I know it's hard without seeing it but I need a little guidance. The nada price guide seems a little low to me. :?:
 
I saw you have a kicker in your album. Is that included too?
How many hours on the main motor? Any electronics?

I'd say you can ask $12k for it....maybe a tad more if you have some nice electronics.
