I was out on our boat last week with a bunch of buddies. We were crabbing and our boat was used along with a Striper 22 and what I would describe as a 20' open bow, family boat.
I realized just how "dialed-in" our 25 has become over the >5 yrs we've owned it. Little by little, we've invested time, money, blood & sweat...all creating the boat that fits our needs to a "T". It can pretty much sustain us, with our only limitation being ice, water & fuel. Pretty good for something trailer-able to anywhere in the country, safe & seaworthy and comfortable. I'd like to add a water tank/pump up front, under the birth somewhere to increase our usable water, but beyond that, the boat is outfitted to our needs.
Can't wait to retire so we can drag it all over the country and do Alaska.
