roof top cargo carrier clamps

I saw a photo of a rooftop cargo carrier mounted with clamps that attach to the grab rails on the roof of a Cdory. Can anyone tell me where to find those clamps? I'm looking to reduce items in the cockpit of my 22 foot cruiser.

I have tried the thule type racks but they always rust out in a few years.

I used some motocycle handle bar extentions.

The short ones goes on top of the longs ones for the cross bars.
