I've got his phone number - if he doesn't post here by mid day tomorrow, I'll give him a call and find out.
 
Originally my post on WWII was a private message to Dusty's email address that I've used in the past. It bounced as "User Unknown" so instead I shared it in "That's Life." If he hasn't logged on in three weeks we have every reason to be concerned. This is one of his favorite sites....

Hold on, everyone...no need to get excited just yet. Dave's observation is incorrect...the only public information about anyone's account access here, is when they last posted - not when they last logged on.

Unless somebody is using our ol' pal Dusty's account, he logged on today.
 
Dusty has a new comcast e-mail address. Sent it to Sneaks a little while ago.

Thanks for the concern! The old Dusty one is doing fine -- just been busy with family things and watching the kid dress up the "Demo" boat at EQ. Yesterday was a center windshield wiper with parallel arms. (And window washers). Cool, huh? Pics later.

I've been checking the site daily, but don't get around anymore, like some old hard-to-remember song said! That WWII stuff just brings back memories I'd rather forget -- fishing is mo betta. And Roger, your Neah Bay idea is sure a bell-ringer.

My fault...I had to tweak a setting on the new server to get old messages to display correctly, but in doing so, it broke a few messages entered since the server upgrade.

At the time Dave entered the above, I'm sure it looked quite normal...
 
Pat - I have been out of town for a while and that was a post made from The Dalles Mountains. I thought it looked OK when I made it, so I will go with Bill’s explanation. It appears this ‘ key caused the trouble. I know I was tired when I made the post. Was putting in 14 to 16 hour days without any breaks or lunch, so it is possible I just did not notice it.
