I need to get a good head count of who all plans to attend the brewery dinner and talk by Sam Landsman on Friday 1/31/2014. I need two numbers from you:

1) How many will attend the brewery dinner? and
2) How many need a ride to the brewery?

Assuming the count for (2) above is greater than 1/2 dozen or so, I'll again rent a 15 passenger van to take people to the Brewery. Similar to last year, we'd depart from the parking lot near the stadium around 4:20PM and the brewery event will go from around 5PM -8PM. I anticipate the food cost per head to be similar to last year (around $15) but I'll need to confirm with Pat.

Sam has agreed to speak and I'll bring a digital projector for that. Pat has indicated he'll have a amplifier/microphone to make it easier to hear Sam this year.

Roger-
Jeanine and I are looking forward to meeting up with the C-Brat group at the Seattle Boat Show. We will be arriving on 1/31 and checking into the Silver Cloud, then on to the boat show. Since we will not have a rental car, we are very appreciative of your generous offer to arrange for a van if enough people need a ride to hear Sam’s presentation. I would be glad to pitch in to help cover the cost.

After the boat show, we will be heading up to Bellingham to visit family for a couple of days and then on to Maui for 2 weeks. I can't tell you how much we are looking forward to this trip to warmer climate. It was -27 degrees this morning...
See you there!

Count us in for dinner and we would like ti hitch a ride. Would be happy to pitch in for the ride.

Susan and I are in for the dinner and I can drive if you need me too.

Stacy and I will be attending. We do not need a ride.

Thanks for doing this, Roger.

Marla and I will be attending, and I'll have room for four or five more people (depending on size) in my Explorer.

Looking foward to meeting you all.

Count Lisa and me in for the pub. We would like a ride in the shuttle van if there is still room.

Don

I'm coming for the dinner. Lori has not decided yet. I'm driving down & back that evening -- will not be going to the boat show.

Thanks for organizing! Please put us down for two Morgans for dinner; no rides needed.

I have started a Google Doc spreadsheet with a list of who I know is coming and who needs are ride. The Google doc can be found at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing. I've added Pat and Patty to the list (I assumed they would be there) and I added Sam, myself and my wife to the list. The rest of the list is from those who have responded to this thread. I'll keep it updated as I go along. At present, it looks like we have 22 so far and 6 who need a ride. I can take 2-3 others and Andy and Ryan can take 4-5 others. I believe Tom could also take some in his vehicle if need be. Therefor, so far it doesn't look like I need to rent a van.

Kate and I will be at the brewery. Can someone give me directions?? :)

Yes I can put two in with me and Susan. Lots of leg room in the XB.

I'd like to come for dinner and would appreciate a ride.

If you want a ride from the Anacortes ferry terminal to the brewery (and/or back) on Friday 1/31 I can accommodate you.

Warren

Thanks for the offer, but I was planning to take the car down for the whole trip. I plan to drive down Friday PM, and Monica will take the clipper to arrive in the evening. We plan to head home Sunday afternoon.

rogerbum,

Please add 4 to the list for needing a ride...

Diane & Heinz - Lighthouse Express
Barbara & Larry - Blue Max

Thank you very much.

Heinz
