Happy almost New Year to you all,
I have 1990 16' Angler. Originally, the manual wipers were mounted on the outer side/abeam of the windshields. During my restoration, I chose to filled/patch the wiper arm passthrough/holes.
I have purchased a new set on manual wipers and I was about to install them. Sometimes I'm better with the "how" than the "should." This time, however, the sound of the drill triggered something in my brain to make me stop and ask for help.
RainX has proved to be great for the lake but insufficient for salt spray. Any other non-wiper success stories?
Mounting: Abeam or center? It looks like throughout the years C-Dory has varied on this? Any strong opinions on this? I get it that the Captain could operate both from the center but I wonder if it is cluttered and obstructing.
Motorized: the 16' cabin is tight as it is. I lean towards small/simple but I'm open if there is a great product out there.
Thanks in advance.
