She has a name, and catches fish.

After installing the new name I took the Cape Cruiser(C-Therapy) out for her first of many fishing trips. Great day on the water and a nice limit of fish and chips with my brother. Of course he caught the one I am holding. Mine was 27" and his was 35". Side by side his could have eaten mine. Glad to be back on the water and wetting a line. Going to need more Therapy after trying to figure out the pictures on this site. UGH... Just want to paste a pic in here...

Nice Fish. Great Boat!

Thanks for putting the pic in there. Just figured out my album. More to follow.

You are more than welcome. I love seeing pictures of, and hearing about, a boat like the on that brought me so much joy.

Several ways to skin the cat on posting pictures. I am a very non-techie type (that may be shorthand for "old"), but I followed the advice of the resident Nerds here many years ago and installed Firefox as the browser I use for all photo work. If I can navigate photo posting, anyone can learn how to.

Really looking forward to many more pictures!

Edit: Just noticed that the photo no longer appears in the post above. My guess is that you have moved the picture around in your album, and now the link to it from my original post in this thread no longer works. One of the "features" of posting pictures. (If there is a way to deal with this, I'm unaware of it. Nerds to the rescue?)

Let's try again:

Nice Fish :thup Here in South Central AK. Ling doesn't open until
July & les than 35" have to go back :sad

Noro Lim, I will stop posting pics to my album.

tsturm, We can only keep lings from 26" to 36" here in the North Puget Sound. The big ones have to go back. Released a 43 last year. Was tough but she is still swimming.

That is exactly what happened. I learned now that the best thing is to put the pictures in whatever album or sub-album it will belong to when I upload them to the site. Otherwise any pics posted to the threads disappear if it is moved.

We are happy for you and wish you many more fishing trips.
As for us land locked Albertans, we are banned from traveling to the coast so this will be my second year missing out due to the pandemic.
We will have to be satisfied with our local Walleye at Slave lake.
