Perhaps we should bring back public caning, just for both houses of Congress?? Maybe a little physical pain would get them all (regardless of political party) to remember why they are there.

I also believe that they should be eating their own dog food. They should get the same benefits that they pass for the public. Nothing more, nothing less.
