side window weatherstripping

Love our C-Dory which we have only owned for a couple of months now. We have bottom painted her and recently brought her in to add some new electronics. While my husband was doing all the technical stuff...I decided to give her a very thorough clean and wax. She looks lovely ...as good as new. I noticed, however, that the weather stripping was missing on one of the side windows (the short fat little peice that just neatly tucks in where the slider seems to rest at open). I went to our local hardware store who in turn sent me to our local marine store who sent me to a window and glass store in another town who told me I could only get this part from a Marine Store??
If anyone out there can give me some advice on where to find this part....I would be most appreciative.

I don't know how much good it will do, but here is how to contact Diamond Sea Glaze, the outfit that made the windows in your boat. It seems that most folks who contact this company have great results, but every once in a while someone is let down. One guy was told they don't make the windows, even though their decal is on them (that must have been some Homeland Security issue with the company at the time).

And hey - welcome to the group! You will love your C-Dory more and more as the months go on.
