SITE UPGRADE - September 3

Nice job. Having worked in technology, I'm not always a fan of "new and improved" upgrades, but you have done a very nice job with the new website. Thanks a bunch for your good work!

I don't know what makes this new site better than the old one? Enlighten me! Where is the link to the albums?

Click on Media in the top menu bar and there are all kinds of options for finding albums. When you are ready to add photos you will see the difference!

Found the computer user. :ROFLMAO:

That's my main mode of access to most everything online, but try viewing the site on your phone. There are many, many improvements that will become obvious as you use the site more - but for mobile users, nothing is more telling than that.

It appears the transition lumped images into a single group, but the ability move posts and media should allow you to create and move content. I’ll give it a try to see if I’m correct about that.

I was in error, the images are not lumped into a single group. When you select Your Albums, the screen shows photos and the Album Names, selecting the Album Name takes you to the album and its contents. This screen print has the names in white text.

Glad to see you and others are figuring things out!

I do need to apologize though, as there are major differences (as you are discovering) between how photo albums worked before and currently. Unfortunately, I'm headed out of the country on a once in a lifetime trip shortly. I have no time to document and provide how-tos on these differences until I return.

In a perfect world, I'd have held off with the site upgrade until I returned home so I could better address these issues as they cropped up. However, I was genuinely concerned the site would go down and stay down while I was out of the country given the problems of the last month or so prior to the migration. And, while I'll have online access - my attention will be directed elsewhere. It was a judgement call, but I believe the site is in a good enough place now, allowing the head nerd to disappear for three-ish weeks. Mike can easily handle the day to day stuff.

More to come when I return!

We're in good hands, Will. Go and have the time of your life and tell us later what you did!
Mike will keep things chugging along. BTW, love the new look and ease of our C-Brats 2.0!

Thank you for the hard work getting the new site up and running. I appreciate all of your efforts!
